David Hvizdos is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Master of Business Administration Degree and Duquesne University where he earned a Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Hvizdos is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of West Virginia and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member is the Allegheny County, Washington County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations.

Mr. Hvizdos serves as Chairman of the Board of the United Community Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and serves on the Board of the Bedford County Humane Society. He also serves as special legal counsel to the Allegheny County Housing Authority and Solicitor for the Washington County Recorder of Deeds Office.

Mr. Hvizdos has previously served as a member of the Peters Township School Board for 9 years and 2 years as President of the Board, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Area Agency on Aging.
